All items are posted by Royal Mail Signed For First Class.  We aim to dispatch items within 2 days of ordering

For Made to Order garments please allow 3 weeks from time of ordering. For bespoke pieces this is agreed with client at time of order. If there is any delay we will send an email as soon as possible with updated information.

For all purchases, please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Order that are returned because of invalid address may incur a return shipping charge.

If you are collecting your order from our studio, we email you within 24 hours of order and let you know once it is ready for collection.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not perfectly happy with your item, we are here to help, and will offer a full refund or exchange, if possible. Please read our terms fully to ensure a speedy return.

Customers have a 14-day period in which to contact us to request a refund or return. Please fill out our Return Form so we can provide the best service and ensure that all products are to the highest standard. Requests received outside this window will be subject to Linen & Silk discretion and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Made to Order jackets are non-returnable Bespoke items are non-returnable

Item should be returned unworn, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Postage for Returns is incurred by the customer.
